Who we are

NorthPointe Property Management is operated by Matt and Taylor Emmert. Together, this father and son partnership brings years of combined quality experience in carpentry, landscaping, snowplowing, and many other home servicing needs. They are outstanding at what they do and strive to serve their community well, especially in these areas. 

Matt and Taylor are originally from Michigan, but have been based in the town of Schroon Lake, New York for years now. They started this company as a way to not only provide for their families, but also because this is one area in which they are especially gifted. 

The Emmerts are eager for the opportunities ahead and they are committed to seeing growth in this company by enhancing the beauty of the Adirondacks around them. They look forward to meeting and serving new and familiar faces through NorthPointe.
